As far as service goes, staff are friendly and attentive. I brought a lens in for recall repair and they took it in without problem. But when repair is done they failed to either call or ship back as promised. I had to call for status before they ship it after 4 weeks. A little bit disappointed but at least they reacted properly though not proactively.
