Great location to downtown shopping and sites. Staff was very friendly as well. There was no room to park my vehicle F-150 so I had to use their valet service which is $44/night which is pretty steep considering the service is slow at best. I brought my dog because it is listed as a pet friendly hotel, I even called to confirm there is a place for my dog to do it's business and they said yes. When I got there I was surprised to see the pet area was literally a little concrete pad with two small door mats with outdoor carpeting on them. Maybe some dogs would use this but my valley bulldog wasn't having any of it. Luckily there is some Green space about a block and a half away in a parkette off of young Street near the barburrito. The ice machine on our floor was broken, not a big deal but a pain when you wanna get yo drink on. The room was small but very nice, it even had a balcony which is awesome, except pidgeons had made it their permanent residence, so there's a lot of poop out there. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were way too fluffy for my liking and I woke up with a bit of a sore neck.Sadly I did not get to try any of the restaurants or pool but they all look very nice as does the entire hotel, I'm sure I would rate this hotel higher if so.
