The tour I took with Tours R Us Chicago was enjoyable overall. The guides were friendly and provided interesting commentary throughout the tour. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to see all the important landmarks. The only downside was the crowded bus, but it didn't significantly impact the experience. I would recommend this tour to others.
