I had never used PJ Fitzpatrick before as I had heard they were expensive but the old adage of "you get what you pay for" was true in my case. Ellis, the service representative arrived on time to address the cause of an extremely leaky basement window below my deck. He was the most professional, skilled and personable contractor I have ever dealt with. He also thoroughly explained everything he discovered and what exactly he was going to do to correct the problem. Shortly after the repair was completed, we had a very heavy rain and there was no leak. Thank you Ellis!
