This afternoon I saw the Rembrandt exhibition. I liked it, although I sincerely expected more paintings from him. What I did not like at all has been the treatment of the boy at the box office, nor of one of the guards at the exhibition. The first has been unpleasant and the second has been planted in front of me so that I would not go to see a painting that I had liked from a previous room (they had announced that there were five minutes left and in five minutes I think you can go see a only box, for that the entrance is paid). In the end I managed to see him again, but that act seemed out of place to me. Instead the person in charge of the audio guides lovely. I have worked in customer service before and it seems to me that there are ways and means to treat customers.
