Went to go adopt a cat, stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, no help. So we strolled through wasting time & looking at more animals until the line went down in the front. Finally walked back to the front & there was one person in front of us. A lady said she would help whoever was next & a person walked out from the hallway & said that she needed help with completing adoption. Stood for another 15 minutes & at this time the lobby was filling up with people. Once the woman in front of had her animal & was leaving every employee left the counter for about 5 minutes. Then when they returned they both looked right past us & started helping other people scattered throughout the lobby. Very frustrating. We waited for another 5 minutes just to be ignored. Will never return, felt awful because I was looking to take a cat out of the shelter but makes it hard when employees completely ignore you. Worst experience ever.
