My 89-year-old mother recently experienced a health event, and we contacted Sun Design to do an aging in place bathroom remodel for her. Everyone at Sun Design was great to work with from my first conversation to set the process in motion, to the design and product selection that made our outcome not only beautiful but a look that is uniquely ours, to our amazing project manager, to all of the supporting team members, the trades, and the warranty team.

Although the whole team is amazing, it was our project manager, Jamie, that made the remodel an especially great experience for me and my mother. This was my first experience with a remodel project. Jamie explained what was going to happen during each step of the process, so I was never surprised by anything. In fact, he generally answered my questions before I even had a chance to ask them! He was patient and kind, even when I asked him non-remodel home maintenance questions or asked questions that he had already repeatedly explained to me. He even fixed and/or looked at several things when he was here and not just things that I asked about.

Not only was Jamie a pleasure to work with, his work is of the highest quality. He has great depth of knowledge, pride in his work, and truly cares how his work impacts his clients. Even though I was his primary client contact for this project, he never forgot that the remodel was for my mother. He made it a priority to be sure she was happy with the project and, especially, comfortable with how all the grab bars and other items were positioned.

The entire project was handled with meticulous care from start to finish and turned out beautifully! Although Sun Design may be on the higher side of the price scale, with the quality of their work and depth of the team I would make the same decision to use them again.
