YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE WITH THESE PARASITES _ NEVER EVER USE COMPUTER ALLIANCE THEY ARE SCUM BAGS!!!!! ***Just days after I raised the below complaint with the manager, my personal phone number was provided to SCAM and SPAM companies - One caller told me I had completed their online form - not true - I have no doubt at all that this was done by this terribly unprofessional staff member - YOU PERSONAL INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND THEIR DODGEY SHOP FRONT - BE WARNED - YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE WITH COMPUTER ALLIANCE***

MSY Slacks Creek is MUCH better!

I actually wanted to write a No-star review as I had a negative experience. A staff member named Ash said he would email and mail me the drivers I required as the c.d and booklet were missing from my purchase ($900 video card), it never happened. He was also EXTREMELY arrogant and rude during the enitre call and has ZERO concept of what customer service is about. He is the personification of arrogance in I.T - not someone you want representing your I.T store.

I was also given incorrect information TWICE regarding the power capacity my new graphics card required. This lead to an elongated and painstaking process of rediscovering that the system constantly crashing under load was a result of the incorrect power supply - pretty simple stuff that was completely bungled.

I had a better experience with the broken English of the far superior team at MSY Slacks Creek who identified and corrected the problem on the spot I will not be returning to Computer Alliance! MSY know what they are doing at least!
