Wanted to believe this wasn't just another state street car dealership. But with the service and lack of concern I've recieved I won't be returning. The check they sent to pay off my trade in bounced and now I'm paying for two cars. I've called 5 times, visited the dealership multiple times, and when I asked for some assistance all the employees just stated "so and so isnt here". Welcome to state street.
