The facility was wonderful, location, equipment, and games. The biggest drawback was one of the staff members. One of my kids pulled his mask up during a game, not off, just up and the ref. told him he had to leave the premises. I approached him and asked him where it stated he had to leave the premises, he then said he could stay, but he could no longer play and if I have a problem with that to talk to the manager. If he wouldn't have said anything else, that would have been fine, but he kept on citing the dangers and hazards of paintball, that its an insurance thing (which they tell you they are no longer responsible for any injuries when you sign the insurance waiver). Now being in insurance I responded back and then he started arguing with me, so I walked away, he kept raising his voice and then gestured like I was stupid and didn't think I was watching, all in front of my kids. I went and got his name and then talked to the manager, he stated because he wasn't there he couldn't comment on the situation. I asked him if he thought it was right to talk to his customers like that and he said he could see both sides, but that I shouldn't be talked to like that. Anyway, long story short, I paid over $200 for 4 of us to play a game, and ended up leaving frustrated. I wont be taking my family back here.
