I went in today to purchase a gift certificate for my father. I was sorely disappointed by the service during my less than 5 minute transaction. Maureen, the hostess I presume, seemed annoyed and inconvenienced that I was there. She was huffing and puffing about everything around her. Molly, the other hostess, did not seem to be in a much better mood. The restaurant was not all that busy, at 1:00pm on a cloudy day. As a host/hostess, you are the FIRST impression of a restaurant or establishment. With many other seafood restaurants in the area, I wish that I had purchased a certificate elsewhere. I hope that my father does not have the same experience.
