I don't know why they call it Mexican food. There's nothing Mexican about it. Everything is saturated with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. The food should be labelled "Texan". The restaurant uses wheat flour tortillas. You will never see a wheat flour tortilla in a real Mexican restaurant.
