I was with ADT for fifteen years and can safely say Hawkeye/Fandel is far superior. Their staff is very knowledgeable and polite and are very responsive to my questions and needs. If I have any problem, a technician is very quickly scheduled. I'm happy I made the switch! Local is better than national!
