The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean. The only concern I have is, why did it take two hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment? This kind of wait time has happened to me on several occasions. Every once in a while (not often) I'm in and out within an hour for the same service. All in all, I'm usually very pleased with my visits to your dealership.
