It was my first interaction with Creative Zone, and a lasting impression. Interacting with Ms. Susanne (I hope I've spelled her name right) was a warm, patient and ever helpful encounter. Although my situation was pressing and a difficult one to deal with, it was met with patience and understanding, and I was steered across the difficult situation with ease, ultimately meeting my objective. The Fujairah Office, and in particular, Ms Susanne deserve due applauds for creating a cohesive and warm environment, which I'm sure will be testified by all those who do business with them. If, in the near future, I'm prompted to do business, Creative Zone, Fujairah will always stay top of mind. A 'Vote of Thanks' to Susanne who is next in line to succeeding in the communication business.
