We were travelling up from South Devon on a sunday to see a Mazda Cx3 at a different dealer in Weston. As we were ahead of time and i had seen details of another CX3 at Wessex Garage, checked to see if it was available, it was , so made detour to Bristol - so glad we did, the car was in great condition, very low miles and less than year old, Clayton explained everything in very friendly, relaxed fashion, no hard sell. Offered a reasonable part-ex on our current car, but advised to try selling it privately in the week we had before coming back - we did that and happy days we sold it to first person to view.
Went back up on train the following Saturday, Clayton picked us up from station, again a very relaxed experience at the showroom , same with Warren who was sorting out the paperwork. My wife ( who will be driving the new car ) is absolutely chuffed with it, and also passes on her thanks for the great service we received. I have a couple of very minor things i need to chase up on, but overall i would highly recommend this dealership.
