I've owned Mercedes for years. After taking a 4 year break, I recently bought another one. I called for a service appointment and inquired about a loaner during my upcoming service appt. The receptionist said they weren't offering loaners during covid. Ok, no worries. But, the next day I got there and someone was returning a loaner..... Not sure what the deal is, but needless to say I was confused and disappointed. When you pay top dollar for repairs and service it's nice not to have to worry about transportation during the repair. Omar in the service dept is amazing! The lady greeting in the service dept was great also, friendly and welcoming!
