We went through Costco to get our 2019 Honda Odyssey, and Crown is the Honda dealership that partners with them. I highly recommend this process! So easy. Pricing was well below the sticker price and we didn't have to negotiate. Our salesperson was Phillip Whittington and he was a delight to work with. He laid out all of our options very clearly, didn't pressure us in any way, and was super knowledgeable about the various model tiers we looked at. Then when we were ready to buy, he helped us get a decent trade in value for our old car and made the process very efficient and painless. In a few years when we are ready to trade in our other vehicle, we will definitely be coming back and working with Phillip!
