Last year I had to go in for an MRI on my knee, and when I arrived I gave my insurance and was told they were in network yet I have fought a billing dispute till this day. Every time we resolve the issue they never give me a reference number of any kind. Today is 4-29-19, the last time I had a resolution was 10-22-18, before the hat was as 5-18. I document everything but they never have record.
