This was cool to see. There could have been SOME attempt at customer service from any of the employees but the design of the museum and the historical value was done very nicely. My advice, go around 5pm on a business day to avoid the crowds
If you are squeemish about small spaces or hights this isn't the stop for you. The ride up is in a tiny ball with 4 other people for about 4 minutes. But if you have your fears the view is incredible!
