I have been to Highlands a couple of times to do there PHP program. It was a life changing experience. Now this time it was a horrible experience. I will never return nor will I ever recommend this facility to anyone. There is no structure, they don't really protect the patients identity. They don't really teach the skills anymore like they used to and the program Director Bev is a joke. She is supposed to be in there helping us and all she does is hide in a office. She does a horrible job in protecting the patients. The counselors do not control the groups anymore. The program is frightening more than helpful.

This facility has turned into just a money making crap hole. They no longer care about people they just want money.

Don't go there.
