If I could give less of a star I would of Citrus Run in Tampa Florida. Let s start by the apartments they are beautiful but looks can be deceiving. There is a bad silverfish problem on the property and mold due to the leaks in the building. As many times pest control comes and no matter how clean you keep your place they still come out and destroy your clothes. Also there are mice in the buildings and on the property. There has been some residents that I overheard talking about roaches also. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything. The manager she will be nice trying to close the deal but if you rub her the wrong way she will make your stay here horrible. She makes her own rules not the company rules. Many residents have had run ins with this manager and left because of this reason. The area stinks and there is a lot of homeless people that live in the bushes near the community. Kids drive on the property and smoke weed in the back of the property and also there was a time where people were going into the cars. Like I said it looks nice but be warned. The new management company is not good at all they care about making the property look good to take your money and make a flip on the profit.
