I've been trying to get in contact with my case ma...

I've been trying to get in contact with my case manager or supervisor for 2 months regarding a Hyundai reimbursement. both through phone calls and emails and have had no response. And any employee who answers refuses to transfer me to someone who can help.

I've been told it would be 1-2 weeks before they had a decision for over 6 months now but no information. Very unprofessional
