I debated this review for a while. Went there for my mother-in-law's birthday. It was their family favorite and her choice for a special night out. The location is great. View is amazing. And that is really where the great stops and the meh begins. The place is loud. Really loud. The menu was probably interesting at one point but now showing its age. We tried the full deal. Bunch of appetizers, mains and afters. Really just so so. Party of 8 and really nobody was impressed. The service wasn't memorable. The waiter had little if any enthusiasm. Probably the same enthusiasm the kitchen staff have for prepping food. We all came away feeling like we just had an overly expensive chain restaurant meal. If it weren't for the location this place wouldn't be able to keep up with the rest of the Vancouver restaurant scene. Need a good view to enjoy a meal? Go here. Want great food?
