25/9 /2018 I asked Pulse to do a new power meter install. After too many phone calls and e mails over the period of 3 to 4 weeks, I came to the conclusion that Pulse Customer Services couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery. I rang Trust Power and they did the installation within five days. It was so nice speaking to people who knew what they were doing. 25/11/2018 I received a phone call from Pulse"s meter installer saying they were ready to do the installation on 27/11/208. Two months to do a meter install!! Guess who isnt my power provider anymore.
