I stayed here for two weeks while working in Niagara. The place is quite nice, it has a luxurious feel to it, rooms are great. Maid service is excellent and cleanly, and front desk was very efficient, capable, and welcoming. The service here is quite great, excellent all around.

Outside of some minor internet inconveniences and a TV/channels straight out of the 90's, the only problems were that everything kept breaking. I believe renovations are happening to fix the problems (pool and fitness area were closed for those exact reasons), but in my two week stay I had to have maintenance up twice to get hot water to the shower, the thermostat stopped working and only gave out heat so it became very hot and dry to sleep at night, The fridge cold dial was stuck at max and all our drinks and food froze, the ice machine on our floor was broken, the facet stopper in the bathroom sink was broken, etc. The biggest thing was the elevators. they would randomly jolt/clank/brake in place when going up or down, and nothing gives you quite a jump scare as jolting or braking on the way down an elevator.

Again, lovely place, great staff, you will be treated well, but at this time expect some things to have fallen into disrepair if you are in the mid level rooms. Big thanks to maintenance teams and front desk for their work.
