DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My terrible experience started late Thursday night. My father flew into myrtle beach international airport, when I had called earlier in the day they told me that even though he was going to land late at night they would send a shuttle. He landed and called the hotel and was told that they would not send a shuttle that late at night. After ubering to the hotel they just sent him to a room. Their system was down so he did not get a key. After asking multiple times he was told that their system was still down. At 3:00 PM guests for a dance convention started arriving, their system was still down. He asked to be taken to his room and the bell hop just let him in he did not ask for any form of ID or proof that he was staying in the room! THIS IS A MAJOR BREACH OF SECURITY! Then around 5:00 pm I arrived and asked if they were making keys yet they were so I asked for the key to my room, they never asked for my name! Just my room number. Then Saturday night I found out that my credit card had been stolen! When I went down on sunday to book another night they claimed that their system had been hacked and they did not even know that there was anyone staying in my room! I don't know about you but I think that their system being hacked and my credit card being stolen around the same time in no coincidence. The only good thing about my stay was the water park. I will not be staying at this hotel again!
