We had an excellent experience using Floortex. Going into this Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) project at our home, we knew little about this type of flooring. We read online reviews and the Floortex reviews were excellent. Their showroom had a huge selection of LVP options, and Meredith was very helpful showing us suitable color selections. We had previously visited at least six other showrooms, and Floortex was the first one we'd seen that had samples from Krauss. This worked out great for us, because Krauss had one LVP product (Silversmith Oak) that perfectly complemented the color of our bleached oak cabinetry.

My wife and are admittedly very "picky" customers, and the installation crew did well to meet our needs. The finished floors are absolutely beautiful. Jon Beals is a hands-on owner who takes great pride in his company's installations, and we are grateful for the great customer service. We now understand why the Floortex reviews are so good. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
