We had our wedding reception in Calgary Marriott Downtown on July 20,2019. Our wedding planning was stress-free from inquiring to booking, down to the last few days before the wedding and even on the day of. We couldn't have done it without the help of Diana and Pallavi. They made sure that all or questions are answered in timely manner and the reception will go smoothly as planned. During our reception, Alex would always come to us and make sure we are enjoying the night and constantly asking us what we need. Just before the reception was finished, My husband and I realized that we lost our keycards to our suite. Dennis saw that I was already looking tired and asked me if he can get me water or something. I told him that we lost our keycard andI don't have an ID with me that can verify our stay so I was a little worried and I just had to seat. He asked me for our room number and told me to just seat for a minute. I was in shocked when he came back. He went above and beyond his call of duty to go to the front desk and get us a keycard. I was so impressed! We are so glad that we booked with Marriott. We would like to extend our gratitude to the whole Team that made our special day extra special!
