Once again I enjoyed great service at this hotel which I use regularly. Warm welcome & efficient check in. Spotlessly clean bedroom & bathroom as expected. And when, after departure I realised I had left something behind, housekeeping located it promptly & posted it back to me. So special thanks to Alison the head housekeeper.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else at Gatwick.
