For the second time now I have made an appointment for the EEG PERSONALLY (at the information desk) and have also picked up a new referral every time from the general practitioner, but still none of the EEG team has any idea and knew nothing about it ?! Waited sooooo long with an appointment even though at first nobody was in front of me, later others were preferred ?! Totally bad organization, you can't expect patients to take a WHOLE DAY for an appointment that would take 1 hour at most !!
I am a student and have to neglect the university every time to get an appointment every 3 weeks, and then nobody here knows what about an appointment!
