We have purchased and serviced our cars via Twin City for 20+ years and it has always been an excellent experience.
Most recently, our daughter (who always brings her Subaru up from Boston to be serviced at Twin City after unhappy experiences at the Boston Subaru dealership) discovered that her beloved 2003 Subaru Imprezza was finally in need of replacement after many years of New England winters. Naturally, this happened at the worst possible time - right at Christmas. Jim Glassman in Sales had us on the road again in record time with a beautiful 2012 Imprezza at a great price. In addition, the fabulous Twin City Service team (headed up by Lee during our Christmas adventures), did great work running our 2009 Imprezza through a last minute service, troubleshooting, and tire changes to make sure we had wheels over the holiday and that everything was ship-shape in time for our daughter's return to school in Boston. It was pretty wild for a day or two, but Lee's consistent smile and repeated assurances that "Sure, We can do that." made the whole process much less stressful.
Way to go, Twin City!
