Review of Improv Comedy Club Houston

Dear Management,
I WAS ready to purchase 12 tickets.
So I drive all the way to Houston Improve to purchase tickets at the box office to omit from the $6 fee/ea when buying online ($72 total). Saturdays box office is supposed to close at 10PM! Yet I arrive to find an unattended box office with a sign stating to call the ph number for assistance. Of course this number just directs you to their website and purchase online. So I go inside and ask at the bar who just sends me to the usher. He sent my request through his headset. A few mins later he states I'll have to do it online because there is nobody that can sell me the tickets. Mind you this is before the established closing time!
This was the first time I was going to attend Houston Improv Comedy Club, but I was definitely NOT impressed!
