Davis Training Systems is the finest athletic training center in the country. After suffering a shoulder injury while playing QB at a D-1 program I spent several months in Orlando at DTS rehabbing my shoulder under the direction of owner Jon Davis. Coach Davis implemented a revolutionary protocol he designed to increase mobility, flexibility and strengthen my arm. His protocol has since been adopted by several Andrews-trained Orthopedic surgeons who work with college and professional athletes. In addition to assisting with my arm rehab, my speed and explosiveness increased. After training with DTS my vertical jump increased to 38". The results speak for themselves.

I will be back this summer to train with DTS to ensure I am competition ready. Liv does an exemplary job also and through her nutritional counseling I was able to lose body fat while increasing muscle mass. DTS is Pro-grade.
