I called and setup a payment arrangement with this company & they told me to make double payment to count for 2 months, LIES! When I called the Department Of Education, they told me the double payment thing will NOT count for 2 months. They lie! Horrible company. I tried calling this company to get an answer and now no one picks up the phone
