In no time have we had such a top evening in a restaurant together. Good attention was paid to all dishes. Our starters, the fish for me and the Bruschette goat cheese with mushrooms, tasted great. With the main course we were pleasantly surprised by the help that was offered with the wine choice. The man really knew everything about the Valpolicella Ripasso, which indeed exactly matched the superbly prepared diamond tenderloin and the calf's loin. I dare to state that the risotto that was served with it is incomparable. It was all so good that we were afraid of losing the experience at the dessert. But nothing could be further from the truth: The pannacotta and tiramisu tasted very good and were the finishing touches. We recommend this restaurant and with a chef of this caliber we will definitely be back at Prego.
