They are way way to expensive. Especially on famil...

They are way way to expensive. Especially on families with someone locked up. They charge everytime the inmate messages, read or not. Video calls are charged for whether you connect or not. To put on debit/charge card. I put 20.00 we can use 14.65. The rest is fees. Omg are u kidding me.
