Living in Chicago while hunting for our first home in the midst of a sellers market in Grand Rapids was extremely stressful. We had to tour homes remotely via FaceTime and make offers immediately without seeing homes in person!

Add to that the stress of getting a mortgage and we were relieved to find Mallory Schrauben at Treadstone. Prompt and professional, she anticipated all the documents that the underwriter might request to keep the process steadily moving forward.
