Very disappointed with my experience at Sill TerHa...

Very disappointed with my experience at Sill TerHar Motors. I have been taking my car to Groove Ford in Centennial for oil changes and regular servicing since I bought it in 2011, and had a great experience every time. I have moved farther north and STH is closest to me now, so I figured I would give them a try.....should have made the drive to Groove Ford :(. I showed up around 7:45 am on a Tuesday, Adam who works in the QuickLane was super nice. I had a coupon from Groove for an oil change and tire rotation for $39.99, which he told me they'd honor. He took my keys, wrote some information down and sent me on my way. I thought it was odd that he didn't ask if I had been there before or any information about the car, but thought maybe all ford dealerships were connected and he could access my info through my VIN?!

I proceed to get a call from Adam an hour or so later, apologizing that he just realized I had never been there before and needed to obtain some additional information from me...I guess my VIN theory is out the window.

He tells me the car will be ready in the next 30 minutes, and I ask if I could pick it up later in the afternoon when I could have someone drop me off. He said no problem, and on I went with my day. I arrived just after 4:30pm to pick up my car, Adam was not around, and someone else was trying to help me:

1. Couldn't locate my information in the system
2. Couldn't find the slip for my car to show whether it was done or not.
3. Couldn't find my KEYS!!!

I knew someone hadn't stolen my car, because I saw it parked in the lot when I came in, and it was in a different spot from where I parked so I presumed it had been serviced.

Adam comes into the service area with another person, and the guy helping me asks where all my information is (system and hard copy)....

My keys were in a random drawer, and all the information taken over the phone had been handwritten on the paper tag attached to my keys; still no slip to my car. I proceeded to wait for Adam to go find the slip, and enter ALL of my information into the system in order to print me an invoice.

The invoice prints out for me to sign off, and I notice a charge of $49.99 for the oil change/tire rotation. I reminded him about my coupon and gave it to him, and he says he'll take $5 off and it works out the same......does he know math?? When does $45.99 equal $39.99? At this point I was going on 45 minutes waiting around to get out of there, so I wasn't going to make an issue out of 6 bucks.....but really?!?!

My entire experience was an epic fail, and my recourse for said experience was to pay MORE than what I planned to pay. Do businesses really stay in business this way?
