My favorite shirt was missing after a wedding in the Lalu, but the staff miraculously found it!! They even said they ll have the shirt cleaned and then send it back to me I m so grateful for everything they ve done!
Really impressed by the Lalu, besides its breathtaking views and cozy rooms, it also provides such warm and considerate service. Surely the number one hotel in Taiwan! Definitely recommended!!
