Pretty awful experience in getting my parking permit renewed.

- They don't take bank transfers as a form of payment.

- They don't accept installment payments despite knowing the financially difficult times that people in their council are going through.

- She charged me a surcharge without even telling me before hand I was going to be charged.

Pretty miffed and annoyed at what is typically poor service from the council.
