Ordered a jacket from Aran Sweater Market four weeks ago with instructions to "Please ship via mail or FEDEX as UPS do not service my area." They decided to ship via UPS anyway who then told me they cannot deliver. Aran Sweater Market don't answer emails, phonecalls or their online chat messages. I will wait another week before advising Mastercard I need my money back. I'd love to post a photo of my jacket but it didn't arrive. They shipped it via a company that cannot deliver to my area despite being advised that this would happen.
