Relatively new . Well equipped bright gym . Co Ed dry sauna . Towel service

Joined for use of gym, pool, and basketball. The work out equipment is nice, but out dated. I've been a member of UH health fitness and Planet Fitness. For the price and location, YMCA is best choice.

Love it. Fun place to workout and swim. Very friendly staff

We have our daughter in preschool here and our son in katate. Small parking lot is my only complaint. The Sense is the best! He doesn't let those kids get away with anything :) preschool staff is very nice!

Really wish i took a tour before i decided to get a membership. Building layout is horrible, everything is outdated. Place really needs some help!

I ve been a member of the YMCA for over 10 years. The Y is a great member of the Cuyahoga Falls community and is very affordable. I feel safe going to the gym during these trying times. Thank you for enforcing social distancing.

They leave their workers so high and dry. Young girls are left alone all day in a pretty unsafe part of town, while older men and people alike come in. Wouldn't recommend unless you feel like being assaulted and or robbed that day. Not until they change their lazy manager policy

Staff very unwelcoming. Every experience is awkward. My child goes to child watch and the staff questions her about personal things that are none of their business and definitely not their place. Every time I come there seems to be some kind of issue and I'm really starting to feel targeted. We don't bother anyone I pay for my membership monthly just like everyone else. If my family isn't welcome here because of the way we look I would rather management let us know rather than treating us the way they do. I just want to work out that's it...I dread going because I know we will be picked on by the staff...

Was here for a gymnastics meet. Not enough parking which no surprise theres not enough seating either. Riverfront fans were kicking everyone out of front two rows of seating saying it was for their gym. People complained to YMCA staff and they did nothing. Seen elderly spectators leave because no seating. Poor YMCA service at resloving issues and unfriendly community.
