Just bought our first vehicle from CJDR. It was a great experience from top to bottom from the entire team there. Greg is an excellent salesman and Nolan did a fantastic job with our financing. We will definitely be back for another vehicle in the future

Car deals are great but Tyler our salesperson gave us blanket assurances instead of actual information and we ended up missing out on a feature we really wanted on a $35,000+ purchase. It is a shame he couldn't take the time to answer my questions honestly. The car is still a great deal. Another big issue is how pushy Jacob the finance guy us with the extended warranties, they won't take no for an answer and it's really annoying. It even cause me and my wife to argue in the finance room because of how pushy they are. I will be buying more cars in my life just most likely not here and definitely not with Tyler or Jacob part of our next experience.

Second purchase from Yark Subaru on 11/19. I am always happy with the service. No pressure, straightforward sales and finance people. Now we have a 2015 and a 2021 in the family.

The scheduling process was very easy. The staff were all super nice! The only downside is it was super confusing where to go to have my Jeep serviced. There were no signs and no one to greet us to help us for our appointment. We managed to find a janitor who helped us find the correct person to talk to. Once we found where we needed to be, everything went smoothly and everyone was great! They did great with my car and helped with the issue.

This review is regarding their finance department. We have bought vehicles on two occasions and each deal has gone very wrong in the finance department. BUYER BEWARE. Make sure you have someone with you who is very educated in finance. They take advantage of people by not being truthful about terms, warranty costs, lengths of warranties, interest rates, length of loans. The purchase price of the actual vehicle that was agreed upon with your salesperson is changed on the paperwork. Discounts that were agreed upon disappear on your paperwork. Payoffs do not get sent out resulting in late payments on vehicles that have been traded in. The sales team has been great but it seems that the finance department is their to recoup promises that were made.

The entire staff at Yark Nissan was tremendous. They were courteous, friendly, and above all completely professional. While looking at vehicles I was never once pressured, and once I selected one they handled the sales process smoothly. Let's face it, buying a car can be stressful. The crew at Yark Nissan made the experience great.

Sue in the service department is great! She helped us quickly and efficiently, getting us in and out easily. Couldn't be happier!

I purchased a few months ago and Mel made it happen and kept his end of the deal overall. His service was great! He definitely will make every effort to get you what you want. The only disappointment was with it being a new purchase (used) the cleaning of the vehicle was definitely not a full detail and when asked they kind of brushed it off like that was the best cleaning they offered, otherwise A ok...
