Car deals are great but Tyler our salesperson gave us blanket assurances instead of actual information and we ended up missing out on a feature we really wanted on a $35,000+ purchase. It is a shame he couldn't take the time to answer my questions honestly. The car is still a great deal.another bug issue is how pushy Jacob the finance guy us with the extended warranties, they won't take no for an answer and it's really annoying. It even cause me and my wife to argue in the finance room because of how pushy they are. I will be buying more cars in my life just most likely not here and definitely not with Tyler or Jacob part of our next experience.
