Had an interview with this company for a recruitment specialist position. The day I went in for my interview everyone in the office was completely unaware of the interview I was supposed to have. The owner/general manager Kurt had a lady named Cyndi basically ask me a few questions because he was supposedly at a fundraiser during the time of my scheduled interview. This was all after I was told it was a phone interview and the company never called me so my interview was rescheduled the next day. I was told Kurt would follow up with me but was also told they didn t know when he d follow up with me. Kurt still has not reached out to me, called me, emailed me, etc. I still have yet to hear from Kurt. I was wondering why this company had a 2.8 star review. It s because they re completely unprofessional and aren t prepared. After filling out my application, I specifically wrote what position I was applying for which wasn t landscaping or anything like that. Apparently my application wasn t looked over or read because I was asked questions about landscaping and how much experience I had in landscaping not the recruiting position I was applying for. I m glad I decided to take another position with a reputable company opposed to working for a company that scheduled an interview with me but was also unaware of it.

If I could give no stars I would! This company has taken advantage of worker's that were employed for this company. They have not followed California laws regarding Pay, Itemized wage statements, or worker's compensation laws.

Yardmaster is the grounds crew at my residence while cutting grass a few weeks ago a tenant witness the worker on a riding lawn mower run into my car n kept going they thought they would say something to the management team but didn t has done everything to deny they hit my car even with an eye witness IF U WANT A REPUTABLE COMPANY TO SERVICE YOUR YARD NEEDS THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO USE NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS U WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE

This is the 5th time they cut the Lines to the Internet despite the Flags and the fact that we warn them time and time again. There clueless.

I live at the Pine Ridge Apartments and am baffled how this company keeps their contract with them. Two weeks in a row I ve come home to grass and debris all over my patio. I ve owned and worked for multiple landscaping companies and couldn t even imagine leaving their he lawn and patios how they do at this complex.

Worked here over 20 years. Great place and is always striving to be the best.

We wanted to create an oasis and Kurt helped us do just that! Great company to work with and a crew that was awesome. Scheduling was quick and we were able to get it done before the weather changed. Can't wait to see how it's going to look in the Spring and Summer with all the colors. The crew did a great job at keeping the area clean while working on creating our oasis and we appreciate all you did! Thanks for helping to bring our oasis idea to life!

I live in Brentwood Apartments and the guys that is cutting this year are slacking. They don t trim around the apartment buildings with weed eater. Whoever use to cut before this crew was great but these guys...well

Yard Master is a great company to work for. The jobs performed are done to high standards in a professional manor. I would recommend Yard Master for any landscape projects from lawn maintenance to snow removal and everything in between.
