Our law office has been with xfernet for over four years. Before our office was with telepacific but xfernet delivers 100 megs plus for less than half the price of what we were paying for dual T1. Yes on copper. In my 15 years at this office. It is one of the best decisions we have made in IT.
Internet outages are frustrating in any scenario. Want to give a shout out to Mike and Neri on the call support team. This year I've dealt with about three or four outages, one of them a router issue. Even with the router issue the guys walked me through what I needed to do to get things fixed and setup. They are patient and thorough. Unlike bigger telecom companies, when you call the Xfernet#, within 2 dials you are connected directly to support. Today Mike literally walked me through 4 scenarios to get me back up online. As an employee in tech and a frequent media user the strong customer service is a great perk to make sure you can get back online while dealing with connectivity issues.
They've always given us great service, even during the pandemic when it could be difficult at times in other data centers to gain access they worked hard to make sure we were well accommodated.
I've suffered through Comcast and Time Warner for years, but when I moved to my apartment a year ago they told us our only option was AT&T Uverse! We were about to back out of the lease until the apartment manager told us about Xfernet. It's way better than any cable company I've had in the past. Plugged into our router we get 75Mbps download/25Mbps up. I don't remember a single outtage, but my husband says once in the last year the internet was down for a few minutes. After having such fast and reliable service for the last year at a great price ($30/mo) with no contract, I'm never going back to cable.
