Not this location, but the location on the University of Akron campus in the student union. My wife went in last week and ordered a bagel and a few other items. Waiting for over 45 minutes, watching everyone else get served before her although she ordered first. Finally once all the other customers had left, and the employees were just standing around gabbing their mouths, my wife asked for her food. They had dropped the ticket for her order. After waiting longer than 45 minutes, all they did was apologized and said they'd make the food. Didn't offer any kind of discount for the blatant lack of customer service, or for screwing up as employees. I will never eat at this establishment. Every time I pass by from now on I will order insane food that Noone will want, and then leave. I encourage you to do the same.

Only open M-Th. Being the only bagel shop in downtown Akron, drove out of my way on Fri to find this out. Please update your hours on Google...

Change your hours online please! Walked all the way in to the student Union having no idea they were not open.

Expensive but tasty. If you want some bagels that are delicious and have expendable income Einstein is the place for you. It is just a bit to pricey for me.
