Worklink Workforce Development Board (WDB) is a non-profit organization that serves as the link between employers and employees in Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties. Our volunteer board of directors ensures that the local workforce development system is market-driven and responsible in meeting the employment and training needs of businesses and job seekers.
Our mission is to provide a skilled workforce for our region's employers while also helping job seekers find meaningful employment opportunities.
