Good benefits (i.e., paid vacation, etc.) which increase over time; generous annual bonuses are possible; executive handling HR is sympathetic to employees while at the same time being clear about company policies. In most positions, opportunities for advancement are possible. Management recognizes, values and rewards employees who "go the extra mile".
